My name is Laure Fraval and I bring over 20 years of HR, Learning and Talent Development experience. My purpose is to help individuals and companies moving forward in a fast paced changing world by focusing on PEOPLE and CULTURE.

Having built my career in the Financial Service industry, I have worked with a variety of teams and individuals on challenging projects in global, regional and cross-border environments.

As global markets and businesses evolve, many Executives and Senior Management teams are re-focusing not only their approach but also how they engage with clients and people. This is always challenging. I do bring clear methodologies to help clarify thought-process to get to solutions and deliver outstanding outcomes.

I am passionate about “opening” possibilities for individuals and teams:

• I work with individuals to help them achieve greater outcomes using well-tested coaching approaches. I work with clients in a supportive yet challenging way. Building strong relationships where trust is highly important to me. My approach is underpinned by the fundamental of Positive Psychology.
• I work with management teams and facilitate meaningful discussions, strategic meetings and decision making conversations. I also lead teams to solutions and action planning for delivery and execution.
