My name is Laure Fraval and I bring over 20 years of HR, Learning and Talent Development experience. My purpose is to help individuals and companies moving forward in a fast paced changing world by focusing on PEOPLE and CULTURE.
Having built my career in the Financial Service industry, I have worked with a variety of teams and individuals on challenging projects in global, regional and cross-border environments. Delivering change management, managing ambiguity, navigating multiple stakeholders, reinventing workplace cultures; these are my areas of expertise.
As global markets and businesses evolve, many Executives and Senior Management teams are re-focusing not only their approach but also how they engage with clients and people. This is always challenging. I do bring clear methodologies to help clarify thought-process to get to solutions and deliver outstanding outcomes.
