About MeI am a Change Management Consultant and an Executive Coach. In setting up my practice, I am using my expertise in global companies with major operations in Europe and North America with a particular focus on People Learning; Talent Development; Growing Organisations and Restructuring Businesses. My 20-year career focused primarily on the financial sector as well as partners such as Corporate (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) organisations.
Originally from France, I have lived and worked in a number of countries in Europe and North America. I currently live between London and Paris. I am fluent in English and French. Over the years, I have acquired a deep grounding in cross-culture and cross-border experience and its associated challenges. During my career, I held global, regional and country roles. I understand the rewards and the difficulties of being a leader in an international environment. I also experienced and thrived in highly matrixed organisation with their share of uncertainty, ambiguity and constant change. |
